In the year 1986, we started plastic injection molding business with the vision to cater precision & quality components to Horological, Automotive, Hydraulics & Other Key sectors where Dimension, Repeatibility,Fit & Finish is a critical requirement.

Under the name JAYASHREE HOROLOGICALS PVT LTD, which is known for commitment in quality & delivery, our reliability was in turn dependent on molding machines. As most of our components could be manufactured with machines under 20 ton, using higher ton capacity machines were not economical in this regard. Under 20 ton machines, we were dependent on imported machines as there were very few manufacturers & exorbitantly priced. Locally available machines were not reliable & demanded manpower & regular maintenance.

This situation made us desperate to develop machines on our own, understanding the requirement & with our technical excellence, strong supplier base & being located in Peenya, Bangalore Asia’s 2nd largest industrial estate, known as Taiwan of India. We started building these machines since 2010 for our own use & after reaching self-sufficiency & feeling the potential for these machines , we decided to offer under the brand name ” miniPLAST ”
